Schnitzel recipe

Since eating at Fischers's, I've been inclined to make Schnitzel. This is my attempt.

Ingredients

• Salt and ground black pepper.
• All-purpose flour.
• Eggs (beaten).
• Bread crumbs (natural).
• Oil.

Preparation

• Flatten the pork/chicken/veal.
• Season (salt and pepper).
• Heat pan with a generous amount of oil.
• Dip into flour -> egg -> bread crumbs.

Garnish

• Anchovies.
• Capers.
